Translator

The Translator skill provides high-quality translation between over 100 languages using DeepL (where supported) with automatic fallback to Google Translate for languages outside DeepL's coverage. Text, files (TXT, DOCX, HTML), and URLs can be submitted for translation. The skill preserves document formatting — paragraph breaks, bullet lists, bold text, and headings — in the translated output. For content that requires cultural adaptation rather than literal translation, a localization mode rewrites idioms, references, and tone to suit the target culture. Language auto-detection identifies source languages accurately even for short snippets. Batch file translation processes multiple files in parallel and organizes outputs in a mirrored directory structure. Glossary support lets you define terminology that must always be translated a specific way — useful for brand names, technical terms, and product names that have approved local equivalents. Back-translation mode translates the output back to the source language and highlights divergences from the original for quality review. Integrates with the Content Writer and Email Send skills for multilingual content production.
