Email Send

Email Send skill gives your Claude agent the ability to send emails through any SMTP-compatible mail server. Configure it once with your SMTP host, port, username, and password — then your agent can compose and dispatch emails autonomously. Supports Gmail (via App Passwords), Microsoft Outlook, Zoho Mail, FastMail, and any custom or self-hosted mail server.

The skill handles full email composition: plain text and HTML bodies, multiple recipients (To, CC, BCC), custom From display names, Reply-To headers, and file attachments up to 25MB. It also supports email templates with variable substitution, enabling batch personalized outreach where the agent fills in name, company, and context for each recipient.

Common automations: send a daily briefing email to yourself each morning, notify a team Slack channel via email when a monitored keyword fires in News Monitor, dispatch invoice confirmation emails when a payment is recorded, or follow up leads automatically after a web form submission. The skill validates email addresses before sending and provides delivery status feedback. For reading your inbox, pair with Email Read. SMTP credentials are stored encrypted in your local Claude config and never transmitted to ClawHub servers. This makes Email Send one of the most universally useful integration skills for any workflow that needs to reach humans.
